Q: How do I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our website or by messaging us on Facebook or Instagram. We’ll confirm your order details, send an official quote or invoice, and lock in your date once payment is received.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking no later than 3–4 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons (spring and holidays). Rush orders may be available depending on our schedule.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.
Customization & Design
Q: Can I choose my balloon colors and style?
Absolutely! All garlands and arrangements are fully customizable. You can choose your colors, theme, and add-ons like mylar starbursts or jumbo balloons. We can also help you match your brand, party theme, or event décor.
Q: Do you offer themed or holiday designs?
Yes! We offer themed garlands for birthdays, weddings, holidays, corporate events, and more. Follow us on social media to see seasonal collections and specials.
Q: Can you match colors from a logo or invitation?
Yes. We can match most colors closely using our premium balloon brands. You can send us a photo or color code for reference.
Delivery, Pickup & Setup
Q: Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer delivery and full installation for larger setups and grab-and-go pickups for smaller garlands and DIY kits. Delivery fees vary by location.
Q: What is a “grab-and-go” garland?
Grab-and-go garlands are pre-assembled, easy-to-install balloon garlands that you pick up and hang yourself. They come with everything you need: hooks, hanging supplies, and instructions!
Q: Do you offer setup or takedown services?
We handle setup for all full-service installations. Takedown can be added for an additional fee upon request.
Pickup & Care
Q: Where do I pick up my grab-and-go garland?
Pickup is in Odessa, Texas. The exact address will be shared after your order is confirmed.
Q: How long do the balloons last?
Indoor balloon garlands can last a week or more with proper care. Outdoor balloons typically last 24–48 hours, depending on weather conditions. Heat and direct sunlight can reduce longevity. It is not recommended to leave foil or mylar balloons in direct sunlight, as this often causes them to burst.
Q: How do I hang my garland?
Each grab-and-go garland includes easy hanging instructions and all supplies you’ll need. No experience necessary!
Payments, Cancellations & Policies
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, cash, Venmo, and Cash App payments.
Q: What if I need to cancel my order?
Deposits are non-refundable, but we will gladly transfer your deposit to a future date or event if you cancel at least 7 days before your event, balloon color or installation details do not change, and we are able to accommodate your new event date.
Q: Do you charge tax or additional fees?
Sales tax is included in your quote. Delivery and setup fees vary depending on your order size and location.
DIY Kits
Q: What’s included in a DIY kit?
Each kit includes high-quality balloons, assembly and hanging supplies, and step-by-step assembly instructions. They’re perfect for parties, showers, and at-home celebrations.
Q: How long will it take to assemble a DIY garland?
Most DIY kits take about 45–60 minutes to assemble. No experience needed, but using a 2-nozzle electric balloon pump is highly recommended (not included in DIY kits)!
